• Author profile information: If you are a member you may provide to us information, which may include your legal name, pen name, and books you have authored. 

• Payment and contact information: If you pay for membership through our website, via the Paypal feature, additional payment information may be collected. 

• Communications with us: You may also provide us with information when you respond to surveys, communicate through email, or leave comments on our posts.

We may use your information to send you email communications about upcoming meetings and events, verify membership in our national chapter, and process payments. We do not provide your information to third party vendors, unless required in association with an event you have voluntarily signed up for through our chapter.
