Personal Information – If you sign up to receive emails, attend meetings, register for events, subscribe to our newsletter, or volunteer, you may provide us with  “personally identifiable” information, including contact information (such as your name, email address, physical address and phone number).  

  • Author profile information: If you are a member you may provide to us information, which may include your legal name, pen name, and books you have authored. 

  • Payment and contact information: If you pay for membership through our website, via the Paypal feature, additional payment information may be collected. 

  • Communications with us: You may also provide us with information when you respond to surveys, communicate through email, or leave comments on our posts. 

how we use your information

We may use your information to send you email communications about upcoming meetings and events, verify membership in our national chapter, and process payments. We do not provide your information to third party vendors, unless required in association with an event you have voluntarily signed up for through our chapter.

We will never sell your personal information or provide it to third-party marketing companies.
